Ian Munro is Australia’s most distinguished and awarded composer and musician. Trained in piano in Australia and overseas, he has recorded a wide range of music. His compositions are performed often by major orchestras and he is highly regarded by musicians, composers and audiences. His deep understanding of performance and instrumentation is the key to his success and ability to compose for ensembles, soloists and choral groups.
Ian will present two Australian Music Day programs for secondary students and teachers in NSW and ACT. Contact the Education Team on 1300 663 608 or email mvisinfo@mva.org.au
