Festivals

There is a great deal of chamber music presented in Australia every year, but nothing provides the true immersion, involvement and absorption afforded by a well planned and musically diverse festival. During its illustrious 65 years of presenting chamber music, Musica Viva has produced many festivals from the Mittagong Easter Festival (1961-1993), to the Sun Microsystems Yara Valley Festival (1996-2003), to the current Huntington Estate Music Festival (2006-present). All have been successful celebrations of the music we love because of of the most crucial component - you, the audience.
