The Thyne Reid Foundation

In 2011, the Thyne Reid Foundation supported a special two week Musician/Educator in the Classroom program, specific to the needs of the Yakanarra Community School students and teachers in remote WA. This project built upon the success of a two day residency held in 2010, again made possible through funding received from the Thyne Reid Foundation. The project will also provide professional development opportunities for Indigenous Community Teachers working at schools in these remote and regional areas of WA.
