As announced in early 2011, Musica Viva has been assisting Arts NSW in the review of Café Carnivale’s future. From January 2012, Café Carnivale will no longer be a program within Musica Viva and there are no future concerts currently scheduled.

Thank you to the hundreds of artists who have performed across the years showcasing the artistry and diversity of the many cultures who reside in NSW as well Café Carnivale past and present staff for their commitment, creativity and energy.

It is anticipated that the NSW Government will be making an announcement about the future of Café Carnivale in early 2012.
