Musica Viva Australia’s is looking for short-term support in the Marketing team (Q1, 3 days a week), whilst a full-time role is recruited. This marketing support role works closely with the Senior Marketing Manager and Digital Marketing Manager, supporting both concerts and education work. The purpose of the role is to generate audiences and income for Musica Viva Australia. 

Working with both Managers, the role covers the production and distribution of printed and digital campaign assets for Q1 including 

  • The production and circulation of campaign material
  • Co-ordination and distribution of venue signage and assets
  • Production of online listings for our concerts and events
  • Actioning existing advertising schedules (concerts, livestreams, education work and associated activity)
  • Proofing materials including print and digital
  • Updating campaign documents and capturing key decisions from planning meetings
  • Data-entry
  • Desk-research


  • Attention to detail
  • Experience in print and digital production
  • Experience with email marketing preferred


  • Experience working with social media
  • Experience of/ interest in promoting live performances
  • Experience in CMS systems
  • Copywriting experience
