Following outstanding entries in our first round of the Championship Section, twelve of Australia's most exciting school-age chamber ensembles have earned their place in the Strike A Chord National Final. On Saturday 29 August, these exceptional young musicians will take to the stage at Melbourne Recital Centre to compete for the top prize in an afternoon of inspiring ensemble performance and artistry.

Representing schools and communities from across the country, this year's finalists showcase the extraordinary depth of young musical talent in Australia. The twelve Championship finalists for 2026 are:
