Join our Broadcast Club

MVA’s reach is well beyond the walls of the concert halls we visit as part of our national tour. Each of our concerts is broadcast on ABC Classic as part of the Lunchtime Concert series for all to access. We are grateful to ABC Classic for sharing our work nationally.

We understand that some of our audiences may no longer be able to attend our concerts due to accessibility, availability, financial and location reasons. MVA’s Broadcast Club helps us to remain connected to those who wish to continue experiencing the joy that our concerts provide, no matter their circumstances, and provides an opportunity for all to appreciate world-class chamber music performed and recorded in Australia.

It is a simple concept. Prior to each broadcast, we send via email or mail, a concert guide (in large format via mail), information about the time and date of the broadcast, and access information via the ABC Classic website. This free service is intended to bring a little of the concert hall experience to anyone who wishes to join, whatever their level of engagement has been with MVA in the past.

We are always thrilled to hear from those interested in joining our Broadcast Club. Please contact Caroline Davis, Individual Giving Manager, on 0421 375 358 or philanthropy@musicaviva.com.au for more information or to join.

Wildschut & Brauss, our final tour for 2023, will be broadcast on ABC Classic on Friday 16 February at 1pm, and will include a new work by Melbourne composer May Lyon. For up-to-date information, please access the ABC Classic schedule here: https://www.abc.net.au/classic/schedule
