Musica Viva Australia In Schools is an all-inclusive package that provides a year-round engaging music program for teachers and students. Choose from 14 culturally and musically diverse shows with some of Australia’s best musicians, touring nationally.

.Teaching and learning resources
Every booking includes at least a term’s worth of education resources to help you and other teachers at your school bring music into the classroom and prepare your students for the performance.
- Up to 12 weeks of curriculum-aligned lesson activities
- Interactive content that brings the musicians into the classroom with instructional videos
- Student facing materials to encourage independent learning
- Resources that are curriculum-aligned to all four national and state curricula
Online professional development and support
Our webinars cover each of our 14 shows and guide you through the included online teaching and learning resource. A music specialist will demonstrate how you can best utilise our curriculum-aligned activities and student learning journeys. Webinars also give you the unique opportunity to meet the musicians from the ensemble you have booked.

Pricing & Financial Assistance
$10.50 per student (min. 150 students per concert*)
*An exemption to the minimum student numbers may be available for small schools.
All teachers attend free.
Musica Viva Australia is able to offer financial assistance to schools in need through our Equal Music program.
Support is available for low ICSEA and small schools, and for students facing financial or geographical barriers that would otherwise prohibit them from participating.
