Let's Get Creative With the Curriculum

Creative Curriculum

Our Professional Development workshops give you the confidence and tools to deliver music lessons in the classroom. Covering basic elements from the F-10 music curriculum, you will develop skills, ideas, and activities for immediate use. All events are designed for both generalist classroom teachers and music specialists.

It’s easier than you think to integrate diverse and meaningful music-making experiences across the primary curriculum. This interactive workshop will explore accessible creative processes to engage students and foster a sense of imagination, connection and inclusivity, through a range of musical activities. No prior music experience is necessary.

AT THIS WORKSHOP YOU WILL:

  • engage in creative and interactive activities involving singing, playing, moving and listening to engage and extend students in their learning
  • scaffold activities from simple to more complex
  • explore a range of strategies for integrating music across different Learning Areas
